Honestly, had Morgan a couple times and he’s been fantastic! Normally changing accounts and contracts is an awful - but he’s so lovely & helpful! So patient when you don’t know the code!

New phone
Had an issue with my phone charge possible moisture. Went into the Kendal store to get it looked at and replace the phone where I was served by a young chap called Morgan. Went above and beyond for me, changed my phone and even set it up for me as I am not very good with technology whilst walking me through how the new phone works. Superb!!!
