Mara Vodafone King’s Road awful
A woman called Mara in the Vodafone King’s Road working today 01.01.2026 - awful rude and despicable human. Vodafone needs to fire her as she has no training whatsoever. In front of us she bullied her staff and spoke to us and other customers extremely aggressive. She thinks that store is her playground. Vodafone - investigate and fire her.

I had an amazing experience with Mara at the Vodafone store on King Street (Chelsea). She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She handled everything with great attention to detail and impressive speed, and she found the best offer perfectly suited to my situation.
Mara is not only wonderfully professional but also very elegant and pleasant. She treats her customers like royalty and truly makes you feel valued. She is absolutely exceptional.

Having been a customer over 20 years, the best service I have ever received at Vodafone is at the King’s Road store. On a previous visit, Emilis was kind and helpful as well as professional and patient, which is why we came to the store again. Today we were helped by Amina who was equally brilliant.
