Abbie is very professional, helpful, patient and goes that extra mile to clarify and help you understand the full commitment answering my endless questions. Everything went vey smoothly and if I had any further questions The Vodafone shop being on the high street with a real person to speak to is invaluable.

Pretty generous repairs
Data and connections work fine, nothing in particular to note. Reason I'm writing this is that after I dropped and broke my phone, I took it to the store, they sent it off to be checked over and they sent me a replacement phone even though it was my fault. Same model and everything, and it's a Pixel 9 Pro XL so that isn't exactly a cheap replacement. Onya Vodafone.
