I had a really positive experience at Vodafone Leeds and would like to give special thanks to Luke, the Retail Advisor, for his excellent customer service.
Luke was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He took the time to understand my needs and was able to help me reduce my monthly Vodafone payment, which was very impressive and greatly appreciated.
It’s refreshing to receive such helpful and personalised service. Luke is a credit to the Vodafone team, and I would definitely recommend visiting the Leeds store and speaking with him. Thank you, Luke, for your fantastic assistance!

Absolutely brilliant staff. For a start, I have ordered a wrong phone, within few minutes after realisation, the girl that was serving me, changed my phone to correct one, found me better plan, and in the end I have saved loads money with trading my old phone. THANK YOU LIV :)
