Had an exceptional experience setting up a new connection at the Vodafone store today. I was assisted by Aneesh, who was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the available plan options clearly without any pressure, making sure I chose the right package for my needs. The entire setup and activation process was swift and hassle-free.
A big thanks also to the store manager, Nitesh, for ensuring everything ran smoothly and maintaining such high service standards on the floor. It is rare to see such dedicated and coordinated teamwork. Truly outstanding customer support from both Aneesh and Nitesh—highly recommended!

I visited Vodafone this morning because I wanted to get a new iPhone 18 Pro Max. I was lucky enough to be assisted by Mr. Kiran, who was extremely kind, professional and helpful.
I had met Mr. Kieran before, and once again he provided excellent customer service. He was patient, respectful and genuinely took the time to help me with everything I needed.
His friendly attitude, professionalism and excellent customer service really stood out to me. Vodafone is very fortunate to have someone like him on their team.
