Liam was polite, patient, helpful and good-humoured throughout. He was knowledgeable about products and made the process of upgrading to a new phone while still be in contract easy and seamless. We managed to secure a deal that met my requirements. After a previous interaction with Liam earlier this year, I knew I'd want to return to him when the time came to upgrade and I'm glad I did.

Great in store service & help.
Excellent service, very friendly staff. Spoke to Liam, the Manager who showed me various new phones & plans that suited my usage. Traded in my old phone which gave me an extra discount 👍 kept my existing number & he transfered all my photos etc.. I was also advised about a great Broadband deal.
