Airtime was paying me!
Will looked through deals and made it all fit what I wanted in terms of length of contract and such. Also made it cost -0.33p which tipped the balance.

Outstanding customer service, would highly recommend this store. Having had many issues with another store and problems with call centres Liam took ownership of my issues and ensured a positive outcome.

We were served by William today
We were served by William today, I must say what a lovely young man he is , he was so helpful and friendly ,made us feel at ease strait away , he sorted everything out for us today upgrading our broadband we were so happy with the outcome it was sorted in a flash and explained everything to us in layman's terms shame you don't get good service like that everywhere well done will we left the store feeling happy
