Nabiha was like a breath of fresh air in a swarm of recent hostile amateurs. Her efficiency, intelligence and general friendly professionalism put me immediately at ease and she solved my problems immediately.
I now have a new plan and wonderful new number which both symbolise a great fresh start in my life.
