Amazing customer service!!!

Thanks to these gentleman - Felipe and Gurps. - at the Cheapside shop i am keeping my account with Vodafone!! They helped me so much with some account and phone issues!! Theyve restored my faith in Vodafone!! Thanks guys!!!

Excellent service.

I visited the Vodafone store in Cheapside to replace my existing phone and to renew my contract. I received absolutely excellent advice and support in picking my new phone and in setting up a new contract that reflected my needs. The two people, Taz and  Gurps were friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout. 
I would therefore recommend this store, and Vodafone, to anyone thinking of getting a new phone with a contract that they feel reflects their requirements.

Great Service with a Smile

I was having difficulty transferring my eSim from my old phone to my new one. I am not the most technical of people but Felipe explained and was very helpful.

Phone broken / ESIM only

I had an issue when my phone broke and I was relying on a VOXI eSIM, so I urgently needed to get a new SIM set up. Daryoush and his team were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to sort everything out on the spot, even with some ID verification challenges along the way.

They not only got me up and running quickly, but also helped me switch back to a very competitive Vodafone plan and handled the transfer process for me.

Given how urgent the situation was, I’m extremely pleased with the service I received. Highly recommend!
