Be carefull of store sales assistants, we were tricked!!!
I've switched from Giffgaff to Vodafone for a better signal and I regret it a lot. I went to a vodafone store to switch operator (for me and my wife) hoping for a better signal over London. Despite the fact that I don't see any difference at all, on the contraty maybe GiffGaff was better, the also tricked us. We repeat several time that we were looking for a contract that must contain a package of GB also when travelling abroad (EU) since we're often away and the sale assistant in the shop says it was included and we did 24 months contract. One month later (too late) we figured out we were tricked when we had to pay double of what we were paying because none of one SIMs does have GB while travelling abroad. We came back to explain our situation and they did nothing. Now me and my wife we're stuck for 2 years with a signal that is not changed and with no GB while travelling abroad. Probably the sale assistant did it on purpose just to sell 2 sims. This is absolutely a joke! AVOID VODAFONE!!!!

Very disappointed
I’m with Vodafon for more than 10 years but for the last 6 months I’m very disappointed with internet data anywhere I go in London. Also I have home broadband end I have same issue

This was our 1st choice
This was our 1st choice, but they were busy. We tried the other providers with massive disappointment! Aasam helped us and was super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and our process getting an esim contract was speedy and pleasant!
