Incorrect sim card placed in phone that resulted in home broadband failing to connect.
Summise those working there had not been given any training in 3 networks./ home broadband etc.
Unfair of them and definitely a resulting nightmare for me. Staff consequently I found dismissive.
Found three advive service unhelpful.
Now contemplating a change to another provider.

I’m on my 3rd email and second call from the Vodafone complaints department who continue to refuse to talk to me as I fail their
“verification “ As I have never been able to complete “verification” all the problems I had with my contract have never been resolved.
I believe Vodafone have used this verification process to hide a dreadful service. As far as I can see they have nothing in place to help customers outside of their verification policy.
A classic “catch 22”

Amazing service!!
I was updating 5 monthly SIM deals for the whole family, which I thought would take ages, yet Nikki was incredible at multitasking, using 3 computers simultaneously to get them done. She was also super nice and very clear at explaining things. Amazing service!

Nikki was super helpful
Nikki was super helpful, talked me through all my options and understood what I needed with cost ajd plan very well. I didnt feel pressured and she got me the best deal and phone colour. Great experience all round

Can not express enough how happy I am…
Can not express enough how happy I am with Nikki. Absolutely fantastic. I normally go to the Brent Cross but from now on they’ll be seeing me more often here. She deserves a raise. I came in to discuss a billing query and being a pensioner she’s not helped me save money but also given me a plan with meets my needs.

I was very happy with the way I was served by Lyba. I am happy with the deal Lyba and rafida gave and for the future I am going to come to the vodafone muswell hill store. The sellers were very very polite and nice.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, would highly recommend the muswell hill store, all the staff is quick and very knowledgeable-
I was in at the same time as another customer who was rather aggressive with the girls in-store and they handled it professionally and efficiently inorder to keep the other customers comfortable- VODAFONE!!!! More should things should be put in place for your staff when it comes to aggressive or angry customers to protect your staff

Nikki was excellent in every way
Nikki was excellent in every way. She ordered a new phone for me and spent a lot of time setting it up for me. Then she offered to see if she could reduce by direct debit - which she did but cutting it almost in half. Throughout she was very sensitive to my IT limitations and kind and quietly helpful over every aspect of this situation which would otherwise have been a nightmare for me. Thank you Nikki! Thank you Vodaphone!

Worst store I’ve ever been to
Worst store I’ve ever been to, after selling me 2x phones/contract when back to get assistance for the extra that came with one of the phones and was treated poorly and rudely by one of the staff in store have complained to the complaints department have had a reply which is unbelievable so will be taking it further avoid this store, no wonder the doors a locked
