Rahim is the best

Rahim made my experience smooth and enjoyable. He has explained everything and made it clear.
He was really kind and funny.
I have put this upgrading experience for a year. He was amazing, can't recommend him enough

Outstanding Service from Safae and Uzzy at Vodafone Store

Thanks to two outstanding staff at the Vodafone Experience Store on 341 Oxford Street.

Safae went above and beyond even without the manager present. She didn’t want me to wait, so she offered to follow up once I left. That same evening, she emailed and texted me, and shortly after, Vodafone confirmed my device return was processed.

When I returned to drop off the device, Uzzy immediately recognized me from a previous visit. Despite me not having a few usual items, he didn’t make it complicated. He asked smart questions, found a solution, and got it done quickly.

Their focus, friendliness, and willingness to help made a big difference. The process was seamless. Vodafone is lucky to have both Safae and Uzzy on the team.
