Went into the Vodafone store in Maidstone for help with a new phone and broadband. Both James and Jay were overly helpful, great customer service and explained everything in detail. Great guys

We were served by Rachel at Maidstone in the chequers centre mall. She was incredibly helpful through the whole process, very relatable and got us a really good deal on our new plans.

Chan and staff were amazing as a disabled person Chan got me a brilliant deal for £11.85 unlimited calls tx and 120 mg he done all PAC code for my number, brilliant service gone above and abound and helped change my SIM too thanks guys at Vodafone

Great service

Great advice and time spent to offer options
Wayne gave me lots of his time to explain the options available to me. He has offered me a great deal on a new phone contract. Thank you for your time today. I’m now looking at changing my broadband to vodaphone now too.

Wayne, the retail store manager, gave outstanding support. He fixed the incorrect name on my plan after two failed attempts with the call centre. He was the only one who solved it.
He listened carefully. He showed patience. He explained every requirement clearly and step by step. His guidance was clear and easy to follow.Professional. Calm. Reliable.
Wayne turned a frustrating issue into a positive experience. I highly recommend speaking with him if you need real help in store.

Great service
Went and saw Rachel to get a new phone for my son and an upgrade for my other son and she was extremely helpful and got me exactly what I was looking for also would like to put Morgan’s name out there as she was also extremely helpful explaining the difference between the tier options. Helpful and friendly staff :)
Francis & Rachel both helped my experience be incredibly straightforward and easy to understand. Super friendly staff, very happy I chose to come to the store in person!
I was in to switch broadband and get a new phone so I was concerned about being overwhelmed but the whole thing went very smooth.
