We have been looked after by Ketan. Ketan took time to show us all options and explained all the different price plans and found the one most suited to my needs. Ketan was friendly and extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Sign up for Fibre broadband with Ketan. He was absolutely marvellous. Explained the whole process and billing information very clearly.
Can't say the same for the other staff members present that day. Came across very rude and abrupt. Ketan was a breathe a fresh air.
