I was in a rite panic with my phone . Data was playing up etc .I couldn't understand what i had dine wrong on my phone . Demy very calmly, and professionally, dealt with the situation in a couple of minutes. Put my mind at rest ,and couldn't thank her enough. First class service , from a first class member of staff. I came into store in a panick after trying to update an app.I installed a clean app which took over everything .I was afraid that I had been hacked because of some of the messages.Sabah and Luke reassured me and knew exacley what to do.All sorted now.What a credit to your company. Thank you both.

Great customer service
I went into the Vodafone shop in Merryhill,to be greeted by a lovely gentleman called Jag. He did his best to make sure me and my eldest felt comfortable,he gave us outstanding service,making sure we were happy and we had good value for money.His a credit to the store and we will definitely be returning in the future 😀

Great service
I came in to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by Ash, he was friendly and funny but also professional throughout. It was busy due to being school holidays but he didn't rush me to get me out the door. He discussed all my options so I had a clear understanding to make the best decision. His manager also came over to help who was also great. The service was great, they help you feel comfortable and they take their time with you.

Poor tesponse
Had some helpful staff over the years but not impressed by the manager’s attitude towards our complaint recently. Simply wanted upgrade broadband and mobile package in early June. Been in 4 times now. Not sorted - that’s up to us apparently. Today Luke told me I was rude. I corrected him and explained that I was frustrated no one was taking any ownership of mistakes. He rejected the idea there had been mistakes made - so why have we been waiting 2.5 months to sort out something relatively simple?
