Sarah was great
Sarah was lovely when I went into the Merthyr store. She took the time to talk to me about my current contract and offered advice on a problem I’d been having. I’m looking to upgrade to a google fold and when I mentioned this, she was very helpful and talked me through the pros of the phone and what deals I could get. I’ll be back soon to upgrade!

Great customer service
Sarah was great with me, I wanted to switch from apple to Samsung and she recommended the Zfold which is something I’d been eyeing up for a while, she explained the pros of the phone and was able to answer any questions I had about the contract since I’d switched over from another provider. Great customer service and an asset to the Merthyr team! Love my new phone, thank you Sarah.

Phone on contract
Vodafone have been with them for like 6 or more years never had a problem until it took a phone out with them. When I had the phone there small problems from the start with the phone like turning of randomly but it ok then I had it sent of as it was cover by life time warranty sent it of then to be told the charge port was damage with it was not then after a while they argued to pay for the charge port to be done as I did not damage it and to be told after confirm with phone repairs department to sort. Next day to be told that the phone was going to cost more to repair it then it worth having lots of phone call to be promised the phone will get fixs or get a replacement which did not happen then to be told by top manger they cloud not find a replacement phone as it was cover under lifts warranty with the plan then said all the other people who work there are lies even they manger said at the time we should had a replacement for free then had the check the policy as it a fault with phone it cover until next year even the upgrade team even said I should of not paid to upgrade it should be free but in end never heard back of Rip of never agin
