Fantastic customer service
I recently visited the Vodafone Store in Newark and was assisted by Imtiaz. I went in hoping to switch to a dual SIM phone because I was having ongoing issues with my other device. Imtiaz not only offered me a great deal, but he was also incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. He took the time to explain all my options clearly, helped me find the best solution for my needs, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Excellent customer service like this is rare these days, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and care Imtiaz showed. I’ll definitely be recommending this store to others!

Came into Vodafone for an upgrade, was greated by Imtiaz. I was seen straight away, He was very helpful and patient, he also gave me a slight discount due to the deal I was originally offered was no longer available.
Would highly recommend.

Went in to fix an issue with the way our Vodafone accounts have been set up historically (our fault). Leah at the Newark branch sorted this out, along with some new WiFi and a phone upgrade!

After telephone call twice to Vodafone…
After telephone call twice to Vodafone customer service regarding a recent upgrade couldn’t understand what I was wanting on the phone, came into the Newark Branch a lovely man called Tyler was very understanding in what we was looking for and explained to my grandad what was the best price and my grandad came out very happy with a new phone and contract

The Newark branch is brilliant
The guys in the Newark branch were just brilliant - really patient and efficient. We're not great with technology but they took care of everything. I will recommend them to friends and family.
