We were served by Will who was thoroughly excellent at getting us the best package upgrade. He was patient , understanding and very supportive to ensure that my partner got the deal he wanted. This is excellent service and the whole shop experience was brilliant. Great team and would definitely use Vodaphone in the future.

She was patient, pragmatic and honest in helping us get sorted with the best contract without feeling like she was trying to make money out of me. The service in the Jesmond area of Newcastle upon Tyne is absolutely disgusting only 13mbps whilst paying £31 a month for the stupid contract ridiculous get it sorted now I'm a vulnerable adult and I need good service in case something happens to me
