Excellent service and helpful advice
I recently visited Vodafone with a few different things I needed help with, and I left feeling really impressed. The staff handled each one with patience, professionalism, and clear expertise.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained in a straightforward and helpful way, and I never felt rushed or overlooked.
Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

Came into your Northallerton branch to sort out an elderly neighbour’s mobile phone issue. Joe 🤩 sorted it out no problem then looked into getting me a better deal on my current phone and broadband. Saved me £36 a month. Superb service!! Thank you very much.

All the guys in the Northallerton store…
All the guys in the Northallerton store are absolutely amazing!! they are so knowledgeable and helpful- going out of their way to sort out problems we’ve had with our phones and network etc - nothing is too much trouble !!!
Couldn’t do without them - make sure we always have a store in Northallerton Vodaphone!!

Excellent customer service above and beyond
I must inform you that the service I received from Callum was absolutely fantastic he was so kind and very patient to get my husbands little old Samsung phone working
He went over and above to rectify the problem I received a phone call to say it was all set to go
It’s not often you get such attention to detail and I would highly recommend this store

Great staff make buying a phone a pleasure.
The staff made the whole process very easy. Nothing was too much trouble. They were knowledgeable but also very flexible to fit the features of the phone and packaged to my needs. My phone needed to be ordered and this arrived as promised and all the paperwork was already done. I will definitely be back again.
