Rarely enjoyable changing your phone and contract but Ogeh in Norwich Chaplefield worked me an excellent deal, sorted the phone delivery and transferred all the data with a smile on his face. Thanks to him for his customer friendly attitude and effort.

I went into the shop to order a new phone was greeted by a lovely young lady named Megan who obviously has the patience of a Saint! I had just driven to the city after a very busy week of work with 7/8 year olds more or less feeling brain dead! Megan explained everything several times for me to understand!! She is a true Ambassador for your company worth her weight In gold.
Have been able to order a phone and will be returning to collect it shortly, in hope of Megan being in to again explain it all!!Thank you so very much Debsx

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful
I had an excellent experience sorting out my phone upgrade and contract. The whole process was incredibly easy and smooth. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and made everything simple from start to finish. I’m really happy with my new phone and the great service I received!

My Internet its down agan . And now I need to wait 3 days for somting witch will help with checking why its down ... then another days to book somone to check what going one. I purchased 2 sims and broadband but after couple of days I cancelled my contact for poor costumer service and almost useless internet connectivity!
Now I have fully charged for all month for both SIM cards that I haven’t used!

Helpful Nico to the Rescue!
I came into the Norwich branch with a major issue with my phone that was not repairable by Apple (unless I wanted to spend over £500). I essentially needed to walk away with a working phone that day but not be severely out of pocket so went to Vodafone for help & Nico helped me out to form a plan that would be in my best interest. He answered every question, no matter how complicated they were or how many I had - he was incredibly helpful despite me bringing this drama to him first thing in the morning. He mentioned he was fairly new to the job but I think if he treats every customer with as much patience & friendliness he did me, he’ll continue to do great.
