I paid £12 to activate 8 days of…
I paid £12 to activate 8 days of roaming, but every time I try to use the internet, it says "No Internet Connection"—despite showing a 5G signal! This is absolutely unacceptable! And shows 8 day roaming is active!!!
The chatbot Tobi is completely useless and offers no real help. I’ve been a loyal Vodafone customer for the last 12 years, and while the first 10 years were decent, the last couple of years have been absolutely terrible.
They tricked me into renewing my contract just before I went on holiday, without mentioning the roaming charges had changed. When I returned from my holiday two weeks later and tried to cancel, the store told me it was “too late” and that I’d have to pay almost the full value of a yearly contract to leave. What a joke!
I cannot wait for my contract to end so I can move to another provider. Vodafone has become the worst company ever in my experience. Never again!

Dan is always very helpful. We never feel rushed, he is very friendly and honest. We are trusting him and recommend to everyone to speak with him. Also, we are generally happy with being customers with vodafone (not EE customers anymore thanks to Dan).

Brilliant staff in Poole branch
Carl and all the staff were brilliant this afternoon and I can’t thank them enough! I had to sort an issue for an account set up for my son (but in my name) and my son now lives hundreds of miles away. Not an easy issue to sort but it was resolved and handled brilliantly with knowledge and a lot of patience. I went in feeling like I’d burst into tears after having no luck being able to deal with this over the phone and came out very relieved, thanks to the great staff at Poole, especially Carl.

SATISFIED CUSTOMER
Despite being busy, the wait time was less than 20 minutes before being seen by one of the sales assistants.
I was looking to upgrade my plan and possibly phone as well.
Jed was very thorough in explaining all my options and costs.
I ended up with a new plan AND phone.
Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service provided today.
I’ve been with Vodafone since the 1990s and have been very satisfied with their ‘product’.
