My contract was due for renewal so I went to the Preston store to upgrade my phone and get a deal that would suit me . I was dealt with by the assistant store manager Ahfy and the deal I got was great for my needs . It really was a good experience and I felt relaxed and very happy with the outcome . David in Preston.

Very Helpful Staff
I called into the shop on Fishergate in Preston this morning (25/9/26) with my housemate. Mohammed couldn't have been more helpful sorting Jason out with a replacement phone and carrying his price plan and telephone number over to the new sim. He also checked my plan and got some money off mine. I hadn't even called in for that. Well done Mohammed!!

Most awesome guys saved my butt
I have got to say some of the best customer service from Brett and Afy in the Preston Fishergate store! My phone had just crashed on me, completely broken, white screen of death, it was a Sunday and I ran into town and got in the shop at 16:15, just 15 mins before closing (I did think they closed at 5 due to Google closing times 🥴). I didn’t even have to beg to be served, they just said right let’s do this, absolute legends. Brett sorted me right away and I was out of there with a new phone and new contract all sorted in 20 minutes, all while Afy was making me comfortable with some chit chat. I cannot thank them enough, without their “let’s get this done in record time” attitude I would have been screwed for work the next day as I work in IT so my phone is essential! Thank you guys so so much, you’re awesome!!
And my new phone is mint.
