Theodora was rude, didn’t explain things well and almost just argued with me when I said I didn’t understand what she was saying. She took my card and agreed to payment over the phone without consulting me, then tried to do this again without me even knowing the amount so I cancelled the call. Unprofessional and rude especially as I am a vulnerable customer

I called into the store in the Oracle Reading for a deal on broadband and phone combination I spoke to a gentleman called Connor he was so friendly and professional explaining every detail to me I couldn’t praise him enough
