Great customer service and helpful

Came in to look at phone plan prices as unsure what I wanted, the two girls in store Leah and Megan were really helpful and gave me lots of information on the plans. Good service and they helped me choose what I wanted, I will be back on payday!!

Served today by Leah at the Redcar store. She was absolutely amazing sorting out various enquiries I had and giving me some great new deals. I have used this store for many years and would never go anywhere else. Thanks so much Leah for your kindness and patience

Store Review

Visited the store twice over the last few days and all staff have been absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly , helpful and enthusiastic. Ordered a new phone, sorted out my other contract to a better deal couldn't have asked for more

Huge well done to the staff at Redcar
Connor, Megan, Ste & Leah.

Ps. Vodafone stop making them wear hats. It is far too warm for that ha

Amazing staff

Went into the store to arrange a trade-in and upgrade and the staff were extremely helpful. Namely Max, Connor, and Ste. Very friendly and did everything they could do get me the best deal. Extremely satisfied with their service!

Excellent customer service. By Emily in the Redcar branch today , resolved a complex issue with r sim from travelling and also managed to sort a new plan with savings ! Excellent service thank you Emily

Leah was absolutely amazing throughout the whole ordering unfortunately due to error issues trying to order through store I had to resolve the the app but again Leah was amazing and so very helpful

Both workers were very helpful

Both workers were very helpful. One of them was called Leah but I didn’t get the other workers name but they were both very nice and helpful. They helped me get a cheaper deal and convinced me to stay with Vodafone.
