Great customer service
Beckie was extremely helpful and talked me through all of the options available to transfer my wife’s phone over to Vodafone from her current provider. She clearly explained each step and all of the costs.

A big thank you to Jake for the excellent customer service I received yesterday on collecting my new iPhone. I was very worried about moving from android to iPhone, Jake put my mind a rest. He guided me through step by step, from start up, navigating and adding apps that I needed. Once again thank you Jake for your patience, understanding and expertise.
