Upgraded today instore, Rob who dealt with my upgrade was lovely. He was so helpful and explained everything in my new contract and got me a really good deal. Also they didn't have the colour phone instore that I wanted so he's ordered it to store for me to pick up in a couple of days no problem. He also told me about a promotion on a set of free ear buds which is nice bonus, look forward to receiving them. All really nice staff at the Selby store 😊

Came in for a tech service to transfer my data onto my tablet, Alfie was very helpful and did the transfer seamlessly with no issues, explained everything clearly and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
