I had a really good experience at the Vodafone Meadowhall store thanks to Caleb. He was friendly, patient, and very helpful, and made sure everything was explained clearly. The service was quick and professional, and I left feeling confident everything was sorted. Great customer service thanks Caleb!

The staff

The staff - Sasha who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. The entire experience just felt effortless, just hassle free and the conversafion just kept flowing. I hadn't been in a store to look at phones in years therefore, I am happy the time spent in shop was totally positive.
