I came in as I wanted to change phone service. I wasn’t sure if Vodafone was for me but the lovely lad I spoke to was amazing and convinced me to go with Vodafone. He was so helpful, answered all my questions and was just genuinely a pleasure to talk to. His name was Josh and I am really thankful to him for helping me.

Disgusting behaviour by Vodafone
This is absolutely unacceptable I have been an employee and a customer Vodafone for nearly 2 years now I took out a contract for a Sim and the device. I told my manager and I tried dealing with it myself online. I did all the necessary things to get the 80% discount which I was entitled to as I was not having any friends and family using the discount which they put me on instead which is the 60%. I have spent hours on end including another hour today speaking to your customer service team who are absolutely useless. They have been terrible and not being able to help me whatsoever. I’ve explained that I’ve been paying more money than I should every single month and absolutely nothing has been done it’s completely unacceptable. I am being treated as if I’m not even a customer or an employee and I have noticed Vodafone have reached out to me multiple times and told me they will try and help when I try and ring up online. Your customer service team never helps me. This is just completely wrong and I demand something be done as soon as possible because if I’m going to have debt collectors sent round to my house for not paying my contract, then I will be suing everybody because I should not have to pay when you are the ones who owe me money. I really hope this gets resolved as soon as possible before I escalate matters drastically. It has been nearly 2 years now this is completely wrong. I hope to hear from you soon. absolute JOKE!!!! same reply every time then when i speak to customer service I got the same response every time this is clearly an automated message absolutely useless
