I would like to say how I am so ever grateful to an amazing staff of yours named Martyna at the Vodaphone store in Slough high street. I have had my phone number for nearly over 20 years. It’s a significant number to me as it’s has a religious meaning and when I accidentally put in my broadband number instead of my temporary number (yes a dumb thing to do ) I ran to Vodaphone literally because it was nearly closing time. This helpful lady made me feel reassured that she will try her very best to retrieve my number and unbelievably she did. Thankyou. There’s not a lot of good staff like this anymore and I was blessed to have met her. They say angels come in all sorts of forms 🥰. Most appreciative customer. No wonder they call it customer care, because Vodaphone YOU really CARE. Thankyou also to the team that supported Martyna Your manager should be more than proud. Well done x.

I’m going to be completely honest I had a vile experience with your over the phone customer service team who even advised me to not go into store.
I was so stressed I went into your Slough branch and was greeted by Martyna, this is my second interaction with her and wow what an asset to your company she was real honest and very professional, and I will forever now go into store and look for her I believe not enough positive feedback goes to people who wow and she deserves all the praise - thank you before that interaction I was debating my future with Vodafone after 6 years as a company your lucky to have her

I am very happy to come to Slough Vodafone store and I appreciate the help I get from the staff especially Martyna, the way she helps and treats me is fantastic!
