Unstable broadband network
I have been using Vodafone’s broadband services for a year. It used to be fine in the sense that network outage was rare. However, this has been happening more than often since this month started. I have no idea why. Whenever it happened, I had to reboot the modem and wait for minutes for it to resume normal. This is not satisfactory. I am sharing living space and so an unstable network would lower motivations to stay, which would have financial ramifications for me.

Alternatively, we would recommend heading over to our 'Check my service' online tool https://vodafone.uk/3lf0Jx8 - select the 'Broadband' option and enter your postcode. You'll also be able to run a test to check for faults with your broadband connection by selecting the 'Check my connection' button – you’ll need your My Vodafone login details to do this.

Five stars for Aaron!
Coming from overseas to an unfamiliar country by myself has had many difficulties, but I am pleased to say that my experience here at Vodafone is certainly not one of them. I initially came here to help my friend set up her permanent phone plan and I was given the utmost respect and wonderful treatment, and I must say the seating is quite comfortable. When I returned to get my permanent plan, the process was easy and enjoyable as Aaron the Sales Advisor is extremely personable and quite a good friend of mine after this experience. He even signed my flatmate and I's contract as a witness! Five stars for Aaron!

as an international student at st andrews, there are many changes to navigate—including getting a new phone. Aaron made this change seamless and understandable as a “tech-illiterate” person.
