Phone Update
Went into Vodaphone shop last Thursday to get advice about updating phone. Spoke to Edwin who was very knowledgable and sorted us out a great deal on phone and airtime. Picked up phone this morning and a very helpful Sophia assisted by transfering all data and apps. A great customer service throughout.

Brilliant service in Stamford
I have pre-ordered my new Google Pixel 9a from Vodafone in Stamford. Luke was absolutely brilliant very knowledgeable and friendly explaining the features and monthly cost for my plan. I'm collecting my phone on Thursday 10th April.

Excellent Customer Service
Today I visited the Stamford store to as my Airtime Plan was due renewal, and I wanted to see what options were available to me. We were warmly greeted on entering the store and were looked after by Ryan. After a few minutes of discussing options and Ryan checking phone usage I gave come away on a better and cheaper deal, I wasn’t expecting that outcome! We then had a discussion about home broadband and the Vodafone options and compared against our current provider. After Ryan showed us available packages and explaining the process we have signed up for Vodafone to become our broadband provider, not only is the speed better but the price is considerably lower than our current provider. We have already received confirmation emails/texts regarding the installation. Thank you Ryan and the other Store members we engaged with today.

Ryan was extremely helpful, listened to what I needed from my mobile phone, gave me comparisons so that I able to choose the best option at the best price. He also gave me interesting information on Broadband speeds and prices, which was very enlightening.
