The customer service assistant has been very helpful and maintained a professional conduct throughout. Not only did Meghana at Tooting Broadway branch remain calm and professional. She continued to pursue the cancellation to the very end. I wish all store assistants were as caring and professional. I highly recommend her for promotion.
