I would like to thank Adam and Che
I would like to thank Adam, Che and Lewis for their help today in setting up my new iPhone 16 pro. Che found me the best contract and set up my new phone, and Adam unlocked a trying customer issue with great patience and professionalism over the past few days, which was very much appreciated. They are wonderful ambassadors for Vodafone and delivered excellent customer service! Thank you.

Che is the best advisor at the Torquay branch
We visited our local store in Torquay to cancel our contracts because of signal issues with the internet. Che greeted us with a smile and informed me that 5g wasn’t up and running but phone was connecting to it, Che changed my settings to resolve the issue. I then walked out with 2 extra phone and still saved money. Che worked late to swap everything from one phone to another.
