Had a problem with a rogue app blocking my phone so popped into Vodafone in walton on thames and a very helpful chap called Amramadam fixed it for me straight away. Great service. Really helpful.

The colleagues at Vodafone very extremely helpful finding the right deal for me as I was due for a new phone. I sat down with them and went through all the different options and found the right one for me. Keep up the good work guys are delivering excellent customer service.

Came in to Walton Vodafone to get an upgrade sorted as I had my phone stolen on holiday, had a couple of issues with getting the order sorted due to data protection.

Daryl got everything sorted for me, the team at this store are lovely and extremely supportive

Amazing Service Overall

Amar helped me when I went in with my mum for an upgrade and gave quick, clear and amazing service. I visited for an upgrade for my iPhone SE up to an iPhone 14 and was pleasantly surprised by the price and how good of a deal it was, ending up paying less than I was for my old phone. Amar is definitely somebody I’d love to have help me again :)

Great customer service by Walton-on-Thames Vodafone. Daryl from Walton helped me out to clear partial payment of my device plan reduce my monthly devices payments He explained cost information and also watch plan series 10. Thinking of getting a watch. thank you Walton team

Great Customer service

Advisor Amar was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect broadband and SIM plan for my family. He provided excellent information and tailored the options to fit my budget. I’m excited to move forward with the package this week!

The team were great

Amar and team were great, been into store recently to get a few bits done as well as a tech. The guys were extremely enthusiastic and very supportive. Just brought my friend in with me today to get some help, she will be coming to Vodafone when her tesco contract finishes. I would recommend the whole team,
