Well done Jack !

Amazing customer service from Jack at Washington. Jack was polite,
professional and a spectacular problem solver. After having problems with data roaming whilst abroad myself and my husband came into store very stressed after a long flight. Jack had tremendous listening skills understanding our issue and after speaking with customer services we received the outcome we wanted all down to Jack. This young man is a credit to Vodafone ! Thankyou & well done 👏

Outstanding customer service

Needing a new phone, I strolled in with an idea of what I wanted. Newly retired and often out with no wifi, I also needed a new plan with much bigger data allowance. The wonderful Lee upped me from 20gb to 80gb. Plusnet was also pushing customers to other providers for broadband. Currently at a whopping £50+/month for copper ADSL, Lee moved me to fibre for a start of £22 and got a date for engineers. I was going to have to switch but he got me a far better deal than I could have on my own. He then upped my mobile data package to 100gb for £10/month. Lee did all the work, set up new phone, tranferred apps, data etc across from old iphone to new Samsung, saving me £35 a month
I am so impressed and can't thank Lee enough for his advice and help. When I said I didn't want a contract phone, he didn't say a word to dissuade me. I noticed that and felt respected.
I'm absolutely delighted! Many many thanks.

Everything explained quick and easy

Everything explained and checked for my current data usage to figure out which mobile plan suits me, so I’m not paying for data I don’t need. I like to go into the store so I can ask questions face to face. Lee the store floor manager answered all my questions and queries and the whole process from start to finish was very quick and easy to do.

Waited a little time to get served, as soon as Lee was free he came to greet us. The service received was fantastic, all information was clearly explained to us in detail and we were given a great deal on both devices. Both left happy customers. Thank You so much
