Exceptional service

Whenever we have any issues or just general questions Vodafone at Washington galleries is always our go to. Craig is now very familiar with us from our visits over the years, and he always provides the most friendly, down to earth and informative service. He is a credit to the store and exceptional at his job.

I was seen by Craig in the Washington Galleries store, and he couldn't have been more helpful! Amazing customer service from him and he took so much time helping me understand everything. A stellar representative, 10/10 service.

New Broadband supplier required…

Making an appointment with Craig was very straightforward. We discussed exactly what I wanted/needed. Craig explained everything at a level I understood and any questions asked were answered consicley.... Brilliant service 😁
