Very helpful and listen to what i had…
Saffron was veery helpful and listen to what i had to say and offered me support as to what i needed fr the Internet to run once I reached home as i needed the net to work from home snd orher essential daily chores vis the net. Saffron was very friendly and knowledgeable. And also explained everything to me properly.

My battery exploded over the weekend…
My battery exploded over the weekend and thought id lost everything as hadnt backed up properly. I went along to the wellingborough shop to pick up my new phone and showed Raj at the store my old unit. After a few hours of what looked like magic Raj recovered everything from my old phone. Ive never been so relieved or gratefull. Thank you Raj

Excellent service from Theo. Initially, he gave us time in the store looking around before slowly approaching us, by which time we had a good idea of what we were looking for. He clearly spoke us through the best options and we are so happy with our choice. Fantastic experience at Vodaphone, can not thank you Theo enough.

Great service from Theo at the Wellingborough store
I visited the Vodafone store in Wellingborough today to buy a phone and received fantastic service from Theo. He was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. I can’t fault the service I received today from Theo.
