I had a fantastic experience whilst at the Vodafone store in Weston-super-Mare on Friday 29th May. I spoke with Ethan who was friendly, professional, and helpful. I was there to collect my new phone and watch, which Ethan also set my new items up for me too. He answer any questions I had patiently, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
What stood out most was the excellent customer service. I never felt rushed, and he went above and beyond to ensure I got the right solution for my needs. It's refreshing to receive such knowledgeable and attentive support.
I would highly recommend the Vodafone Weston-super-Mare team to anyone looking for great service and expert advice. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience!

Warm, genuine service that made all the difference
I visited the Weston-super-Mare store recently and was helped by Ethan, and I just wanted to share how positive the experience was.
From the moment I arrived, he was warm, friendly and easy to talk to. We ended up having a genuine conversation about our children and how quickly they seem to outpace us on iPads, which made the whole experience feel really relaxed and human rather than transactional.
Ethan took the time to explain everything clearly without using sales jargon or making me feel rushed. What stood out the most was that he didn’t come across as pushy at all. He made it clear that he didn’t want to sway my decision, which actually made me feel more confident and supported in choosing what was right for me.
I left feeling really comfortable with my choices and genuinely grateful for the way I was treated. It’s rare to have that kind of experience in a phone shop, and it made a big difference.

Rubbish mobile Broadband
I have been with Vodaphone mobile dongle since March. Most of the time my download speed is awful, approx 4 mbps and mostly below 10 mbps. It is a waste of time trying to video call so I use my phone which is 5g with ee. I have been told I have too many devices connected (20) even though they say you can connect up to 32. I have been told to remove the sim card and battery then reboot to improve the speed. To be fare it does work for a couple of days. I pay £32 per month for a service that clearly does not live up to the description. There is no problem with my money it is £32 every month it's a shame the same can't be said for the reliability of the download speed. I am glad I only signed up for 1 year. To be fair the guys in the shop are very pleasant but the end service is awful.

The guy's here are always very helpful tried Curry's and O2 which we have accounts and were really unhelpful, but Vodafone are a different league as always, now both me and my wife are with Vodafone keep up the good work.
