Unprofessional
Unprofessional, lack of staff, once I’d purchased the phone the store staff had no interest in resolving issues and basically told me to go to the Apple store in Manchester so they could fix it, store opened later than advertised and staff turning up obviously straight from the gym, lack of corporate management, the Wigan store experience was the ultimate failure in all aspects.

Great service under difficult…
Great service under difficult conditions, the shop was extremely short of staff and difficult. Tom remained cool under pressure and I thank him for multitasking and sorting out my request for a new Vodaphone contract .

Tom was excellent
Me and my daughter called into your wigan store and was greeted by Tom. I explained i was having trouble completing the upgrade/trade in. He dealt with everything for me. With the trade in price and the bonus. Which the on line chat with an agent was unable to do. I could not fault Tom in any way. He is a real asset to the company.

Needed an upgrade for my daughter so…
Needed an upgrade for my daughter so went to the grand arcade wigan store today, the store was clean and spacious but the first female employee was sat at a desk, glanced up at me, from typing something in her phone & carried on with whatever she was inputing for about 20 more seconds more , then approached me to ask if I needed help which I found a little awkward.
She was helpful to a point but kept over talking me a bit as was explaining what I was after.
I decided to comeback after an appointment & was going to look at other phone deals too.
I returned a few hours later to try again and was welcomed straight away by a friendly employee named Emmie. I explained I'd been in before but I was a bit of a rush to find out what they had in stock of a particular device so I could take it today as my daughter had broken hers. She was so helpful, engaged and knowledgable about the phones and deals.
I left very happy with the device and airplan & I hope that when I'm to return instore, I have the pleasure of being served by Emmie again. Very pleased loyal customer. thankyou 😊
