Extremely professional and polite…
Extremely professional and polite service. My wife and I were super impressed with this young woman. She explained everything very clearly and helped us leave with a much better deal on our broadband.
During our visit, there was also a disgruntled customer trying to collect a new phone without any ID. The Vodafone employee handled the situation incredibly well — remaining calm, professional, and respectful throughout. It was great to see such excellent customer service in a difficult situation.

I came in for a warranty service as my phone needed a repair, and I was helped by Alex, who was absolutely amazing. Even though I didn’t have all the required information with me, she was incredibly helpful and quickly guided me on where and how to find everything I needed. On top of that, as my English is not perfect, I really appreciated that she switched to French to make sure I fully understood everything. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Alex!
