I went to the Witney Vodafone to make a new contract because I was very confused what to do but a kind helper called Sadat was willing to help and told me everything I wanted to know he was very honest and very helpful and i would say Sadat did excellent customer service and I will definitely be returning back for any Problems after that excellent helper called Sadat

Help beyond their call of duty!
I went to collect a new iphone I'd ordered from a promo call from (Vodafone) and was told it was a sophisticated scam. The team immediately took action and reported it on my phone and advised I blocked my bank card used to set up the new false MyVodafone account. They were sympathetic and kind especially Azlam who arranged a discount on my current monthly bill as a kind gesture. They managed to help take the trauma out of the drama!

Second visit same excellent outcime
This was our second visit in a few weeks as my husband had been served by Azlan and had such a good experience. My experience was similarly positive and Azlan was indeed amazing. Brolwin was very helpful when I had trouble moving data from 1 phone to my new phone. He showed me how to move data but my WiFi is useless so when I took it back he did it all for me for which I am very greatful!
