Dylan was fantastic
For the past few days i have been unable to use data or wifi on my phone, just wouldnt load anything. Went to store to speak with Dylan where he spent time with me trying to figure it out. He was able to work out that a VPN i had installed was what was causing the issue. He turned it off and it immediately started working! He was so patient with me and i’m so grateful he was able to fix this. He was fantastic as always.

Great customer service from Azlan in…
Great customer service from Azlan in Vodafone Witney today. My disabled brother is due to have broadband installed in 48 hours (Friday) and the DPD driver failed to deliver the router to his property yesterday and he was in all day. The DPD driver returned the router back to Vodafone. Azlan was a great help in-store and helped me through the whole process and another router is being delivered tomorrow ( Thursday) so the engineer can fit it Friday

Excellent customer service
An attendant was free when we arrived so we didn't have to wait to speak to a representative. Azlan provided excellent customer service. He was very polite, patient, friendly and helpful. He renewed my mobile phone plan quickly and at a good price.

I went to the Witney Vodafone to make a new contract because I was very confused what to do but a kind helper called Sadat was willing to help and told me everything I wanted to know he was very honest and very helpful and i would say Sadat did excellent customer service and I will definitely be returning back for any Problems after that excellent helper called Sadat

Help beyond their call of duty!
I went to collect a new iphone I'd ordered from a promo call from (Vodafone) and was told it was a sophisticated scam. The team immediately took action and reported it on my phone and advised I blocked my bank card used to set up the new false MyVodafone account. They were sympathetic and kind especially Azlam who arranged a discount on my current monthly bill as a kind gesture. They managed to help take the trauma out of the drama!

Second visit same excellent outcime
This was our second visit in a few weeks as my husband had been served by Azlan and had such a good experience. My experience was similarly positive and Azlan was indeed amazing. Dylan was very knowledgeable and helped me sort out a new phone, pac code , switching companies but keeping my old number and also sorting out a sim deal for my daughter. Stress free, chilled atmosphere in the shop, they all made it look so easy
