I came into store and I was met with a very kind gentleman. His name was Kye. He was very helpful and very informative when helping me with my SIM card. He explained all my options thoroughly and advised where necessary. Really great customer service.

### Excellent service from Tom – knowledgeable, patient and helpful
I recently contacted Vodafone UK to upgrade my broadband as my existing contract was coming to an end, and I also added a SIM-only deal. The new arrangement has worked out really well and will save me around £5 on my broadband and a further £9 per month on my mobile costs.
A special shout-out and thank you to **Thomas (Tom) from the Web Services team**, who assisted me through the online chat. He was incredibly patient, accommodating and knowledgeable throughout, taking the time to explain the different options and helping me find a package that genuinely worked better for me.
It was a very smooth and positive experience, and Tom is a great credit to the team. Excellent customer service and very much appreciated. **5 stars!**

I was really impressed with Jack. I went into the shop for two reasons 1) day roaming 2) new phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped by talking through the different options. I felt confident in the decision I made and three days latter I am still happy. Thank you
