Ana was truly wonderful

Ana was truly wonderful. After accidently losing my phone in the river. She calmed me down, found me a great deal and was just a lovely person. Thank you!

Helpful, patient and super efficient.

After wasting an hour on on-line chat with no success I visited the store in Worcester High Street. Ana was very patient with me and quickly understood my rather complicated problem. She was super efficient in dealing with it, resolving the basic problem very quickly and giving me clear instructions on how to solve the second part two later, when my account would be 'cleansed'. Thanks Ana, gold star to you for bothering to go the extra mile!

I spoke to Ana today

I spoke to Ana today, she is so friendly and very helpful . She is so clever to resolved my issues and gives all options when I took a new contract . Honestly speaking you can really trust her and she does a good job to her client. She is very professional and explain everything you ask her . Surely I will recommend Vodafone. Make sure you ask Ana she will resolved your problem she. Is pretty as well and very accommodating to any nationality.
I gave 5 stars for her,

I had a problem with pay as you go…

I had a problem with pay as you go payments. The only option was to change to a contract. Abi was extremely helpful, and explained the problem with much patience. I was very thankful that it was her and not me having to sort things out on the phone.

So helpful

After buying new car, the sales people connected my phone to the WiFi & it used up all my data resulting in Vodafone changing my £5 bundle to a £10 one. Unable to correct this I went into the store & Ana sorted everything. She & everyone I spoke to were so friendly & helpful. Thank you so much.

I went to enquire about my current deal…

I went to enquire about my current deal and upgrade and was served by Will. He was very informative talking me theough all of my options and even managed to save me money two new devices. Excellent service, very friendly with a warm welcome. Thoroughly enjoyable experience everytime I visit this store.

Friendly and helpful

Having been notified on my Vodafone that my current plan was coming to an end I popped into the Worcester store with hubby Paul as he shares my account. We spoke to a very friendly and helpful young lady called Daniella. We explained that we mostly used phone for calls and not much for Internet use and she quickly found two new plans that suited our needs as well as including a £20 discount and Europe roaming data. At no point did we feel patronised or spoken down to because we aren't mega technologically users, which makes a change. We came away happy with our experience and our new plans. The next day we also received confirmation of the terms and conditions of our new plans and an advisory about cancellation which was also helpful. We would recommend visiting this store to family and friends. Thanks Daniella

A good experience

I was helped by Alex who explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. I usually put off going into phone shops for as long as possible and this was an entirely painless and helpful experience. Thank you.
