Today I was served by Tom and he was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through the issue with my phone and resolved it almost immediately. He also answered any queries I had about upgrading and offered me a plan. 5 stars.

Spoken to kyle from Vodafone Worcester, The gentlemen helped me pay off my loan agreement. And helped me get out of credit and he then helped me fix my broadband on another vist. Always excellent service from kyle I believe he was an assistant manager.
