Above and beyond
I arrived at Vodafone Yeovil at 3pm on Friday 16th January with a 5 year old phone, I needed to update contract and get all data photos transferred, Lewis and his colleague were amazing, I noticed that not 1 customer was ignored when they entered the shop , they were politely acknowledged , asked what they needed and if quick it was dealt with , if not they said they'd be as quick as they could. Now my 5 year old phone and existing contract , along with many apps and more ended up really problematic, they did not fob me off . When shop officially closed at 5.30 they tirelessly worked until 6pm to complete the transfer of all my data - thanks so much Lewis .

Chester in Yeovil was amazing. Clear and was patient with me mpbing from a windows phone to my new android. Made a saving by moving my broadband too. Couldn't ask for more.

Amazing Yeovil Vodafone team
I have been long term loyal customer to Vodafone Yeovil, for 16 years. The customer care I have received from Yan, Liam, and the team, has always gone above and beyond. I have always been given the absolute best deals, and if ever any issues have arisen, they were instantly dealt with. I have a family account with Vodafone, and highly recommend anyone to use this branch for any phone/tablet requirements. They genuinely always have the customers best interest at heart.
