Good quality product and plans.
Internet speed is good but in rainy season it's become little bit slow.

But let me brief me one more aspect of this story. For getting a new service or mobile connection your representative keeps calling and coming up with lucrative offer until the customer agrees to buy...
At the time of selling your product nobody cares to tell that if they fail to satisfy their commitment what option a customer is left with....
I talked to representative over call and asked them to discontinue my service if that's not possible then atleast change it to prepaid and none of my request was entertained. They hung up saying you have to visit home branch which is far away from my vicinity and during this covid times it's difficult to reach there...
I received multiple mails from you guys and have replied to those mails but it seems you all are only concerned for the bill payment. First of all, you must see I not Mrs I am Miss...
I beleive a healthy and satisfactory relationship with your customers is your tagline and prime motto but in reality these all are discounted with disrespectful and irresponsible behave...
I have paid the due bill but I am highly disturbed by your unhelpful attitude towards my concern... A business should always be customer centric not money centric... Your way of handling business might fill your bank accounts but it will also reduce your customer base...
