Tap handle lever had come off and was not fixing with what seemed like lots of gunk. Several plumber advised the tap handle would need replacing. But Richard (Baker), one of Vola’s technical advisors called me back in a timely fashion and gave me exact and patient advice on how to both resolve the tap and clean the tap spout for general maintenance. It’s rare to get such patient and precise advice these days, he even took my second call with some stupid questions. I managed to fix the issue myself in 15mins. No replacements needed. Thank you Richard!

I remodeled my kitchen and decided to go with Vola brassware. I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The design is not only sleek and modern but also highly functional. The craftsmanship is impeccable; every detail reflects quality and care.

Installation was straightforward, and the UK customer service team (Carmen Eastman) was incredibly helpful throughout the process, answering all my questions promptly. I love how the brassware adds a touch of elegance to my space, and the durability is evident in its performance.

I had Vola brassware installed throughout my apartment having called in their Vola International Store in London to see the quality of their products first hand. I was met by Carmen Eastman there, who guided me expertly through their product range. She went on to help at every step of the way. From design - through the order process - to completion. When I wanted advice after completion she was there again to help. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Nothing too much trouble. Can’t recommend Vola and Carmen enough

Beautiful products, and stunning showroom. The staff have always been proactively helpful and friendly on all occasions. Carmen has been absolutely fantastic to deal with from a specification perspective, and product knowledge.

I have visited their main showroom twice (both the previous one and the new one) to get help with specifying brassware for a new bathroom and kitchen. On both occasions Carmen was excellent with multiple follow up emails, was able to provide very percise technical information and most importantly ensured we got the exact product codes for what we were ordering (they don't sell direct so you have to go through a dealer). There are so many options, colours, arm/body lengths, lever length etc, it is vital you get the right codes. (Our bathroom supplier got one code incorrect for a shower system which Carmen picked up, thankfully or it could have been an expensive mistake!). All very professional. I've been a fan of Vola products for 30 years, the products are very expensive but the quality and aesthetics are superb!

Den dårligste kundeservice jeg længe har oplevet.. Jeg har købt en lejlighed hvor der for 5 år siden var blevet købt og monteret et Vola bruser og amaratur.
Mens jeg står i bad falder brusehovedet ned i hovedet på mig da jeg skruer op for blusset på vandet. Jeg kan se at midterskruen som holder det sammen er rusten og knækket. Jeg ringer derfor til Vola for at få hjælp og bliver mødt af en mand som snakker til mig som om jeg er en idiot og det er umuligt at det jeg fortæller er sket, rent faktisk er sket. Han fortæller at hvis jeg sender den gennem en VVS'er som jeg også selv skal betale for kan de lave det hos dem men det tager 3 uger, koster 3.000kr. og det er den eneste mulighed vi har vi må ikke pille ved det siger han, da vi ikke er kompetente nok til det..
Jeg fandt en anden løsning udenom Vola da jeg af princip nægtede at betale en krone til dem. Godt nok en mærkelig måde at snakke til sine "kunder".

For 7 år siden købte vi Vola armaturer for mere end 100 tkr til vore nye hus. Vi ville have den bedste kvalitet. Allerede inden for de første 3 år var der flere tude hvor legeringen skallede af og oven i købet en hvor der kom et hul i, så der stod en tynd stråle vand op i luften. De blev skiftet af Vola uden beregning. Nu har vi problemer med 3 mere!! Og pludselig er det fordi vi anvender rengøringsmidler med syre - hvilke vi ikke gør da vi har et afkalkningsanlæg. Det er ekstremt utilfredsstillende når det er tydeligt at det handler om kvalitetsproblemer i produktionen, og jeg kan kun anbefale at man vælger et andet produkt.

Virkelig ringe kvalitet; meget hurtigt efter montering begyndte (gul) amarturmaling at at afskalle. Armatur fremstår rusten endda i bunden. Har to armaturer og begge er efterhånden ekstremt stramme og pivende ved drejefunktioner. Dyrt og dårligt

Vores køkkenarmatur er tæret igennem. Det har jeg aldrig oplevet med et armatur før. Det må siges at være skuffende. Har skrevet med VOLA, men de har IKKE tilbud at sende en ny per kulance desværre. Samlet set må man sige et produktet er okay pænt, men kvaliteten er under middel. Og det lever slet ikke op til prisen.

Very beautiful but less than user friendly to maintain the finish if you’ve chosen brass. We have kitchen fixtures in brass from a different manufacturer and i definitely think they shine up differently. I find the Vola taps and shower patina very quickly and are difficult to maintain despite polished with brasso. So unless you’re looking for patina perhaps think twice

Vores vandhane var tæret i gennem. Den er købt af tidligere ejer, og er minimum fem år gammel. Vola sendte en ny ub., virkelig god service

Jeg har kun oplevet ekstremt god service og gode produkter. De udviste rigtig fin kundeservice ved at tage sig af en reklamation, som i realiteten ikke var deres ansvar. Sender mine varmeste anbefalinger til VOLA

Vores VVS'er har for 3. gang bestilt reservedele til vores køkkenamaratur, og hver gang fået tilsendt forkerte dele. Selv i dialog over facetime med Vola, evner de ikke at finde/forstå, hvorfor den knap syv år gamle (velholdte) hane løber ud ved "foden" af installationen.

Vola armaturer er meget dårlig kvalitet.
Armatur bad , umbracu umulig at af montere til afkalkning / skiftning af kartouche 4 år , skulle efter anvisning udbores med 1,8 mm bor og øverste del skiftes.
Hanen på køkkenarmatur tæret igennem på 4 år .
Vand løber langs vandhanen.
Har før haft ikea armaturer 10 år uden problemer,

The inlet tubing on the kitchen faucet was pushed out of the main body by the water pressure, resulting in a sudden major leak underneath the kitchen counter. This happened as a result of corrosion in the main body threads, after less than 10 years in operation. As the threads are gone, the only appropriate fix is a new unit.

Vola claimed the fault was a result of errors in the electric system or poor water quality. We payed for third party controls of both to rule out these claims. As expected, nothing wrong was found, but now Vola and the Norwegian importer Shelby changed their argumentation and wouldn't take any responsibility regardless of no faults on our side... At least they could have informed that they wouldn't take any responsibility in the first place, saving us the cost of ruling out their excuses.

Based on our experience - stay away from Vola unless you are prepared to replace your appliances at your own cost within 10 years and to risk sudden major water leaks.
