Very fast delivery, excellent quality clothes. Fit perfectly, true to size. I have ordered again through Vrilu! This might be my new clothing store!

This company is terrible. I am trying to return my items. They so far have offered me $40.00, then $70.00 for a $147.00 order. I do not want half my money back??? I want it all back. Now they are saying I must pay "the freight" On the website in huge letters it says FREE return within 30 days. Do not buy from this place.

I had hoped to wear this dress to a wedding! I took it out of the mailing envelope and held it up and thought "nope" not gonna fit. But it DID. BEAUTIFULLY. I'm 5'10 and weigh 180. Long legs. It fit smoothly, no bulges, or snug places. The fabric is forgiving and expensive looking. Wedding, here I come!

Cute sleeve less white shirt; I was able to wash it with downy wrinkle release and smooth the wrinkles out while I let it hang dry. No ironing required!

No way to contact them for returns. Website that you are directed to doesn't work. You cannot return items, even unworn unless there are "quality problems". That was never spelled out with the sale.

I'd avoid these people. I wouldn't call it a scam exactly, but they definitely don't act in good faith.

It took several weeks for my order, but it was worth the wait. I received many compliments on one of the blouses I ordered.

Ordered 3 items. 2 fit, the third does not and I requested to return. Finally got permission to return after 3 requests and being told that fit is not a reason for return. I would not order from here again.

1 star because there’s aren’t negative ones. Don’t buy from this retailer! Garments are very poor quality and trying to get a refund is almost impossible.

The dress I bought has the stitching on the back sewn wrong and disrupting the design. I’m trying to get through to customer service. No response yet for a return label….

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered three tops. They did not fit as pictured at all. When I requested to return, they offered refund of 1 top instead of full return as stated on website. They were shipped directly from China. Wish I would have known.

Scam - zero - don’t buy from here. Extremely poor quality and return is a complete scam. They won’t let you return to the US and won’t pay to return - the return postage is higher than the cost of the product. Did I mention the poor quality - warn everyone. This company should be banned.
