4 business days after I asked to activate the device, it says to cancel the dispute, otherwise we will not activate the device. Terrible service. What kind of blackmail is this? Maybe the dispute is because I can't use the device?

Very fast response, by email and WhatsApp. Extremely helpful, very efficient. The staff went out of their way to sort a payment problem in a very professional manner. Kudos.

I received the tester and was initially a bit confused because the hard drive was missing.
An inquiry with support revealed that the hard drive is shipped separately. I received it later the same day.

Booting worked, but Xentry displayed an error message. I had forgotten to disable "Secure Boot" in the BIOS. Support provided me with this tip.

After that, there was another Xentry issue, but once again I was able to resolve it with the help of support. Now the system runs perfectly, and I was able to “calibrate” the sensors in the ESP/ABS. It’s not really a calibration — you simply store the current values.

The product is one thing, the support is another — and both are absolutely perfect!
I would recommend this product to all Mercedes users, not only because of its fantastic price-performance ratio.

A visit to a Mercedes workshop would have cost me €200 to solve the problem.
My SLK now has around 192,000 km, and I will certainly be using the tester more often.

Confusing and misrepresentation of product features and capabilities. No useful after sales support, no english-speaking communications.

I am a competent computer user but not an expert & I had trouble getting the software working with the VCX Nano unit, but the team were very very helpful on email and Whatsapp and gave a lot of help to get me up and running & I'm very happy with the products & it's sucessfully giving me diagnostic codes - I'm very happy - thank you :)

No support! Will not work, scam, do not purchase! Won't download the software due to viruses, contacted support, was told to contact seller, DO NOT BUY, it's a SCam

The links to download the software to use with the device are either broken or produce alerts for containing a virus.
When contacting tech support to try to get the software they want you to install teamviewer and give them access to your computer for them to download the software/virus for you.
Return policy is confusing. They have two listed on their site. A "Return policy" and a "refund policy".
One of them says you can return for a full refund.
The other says if you return due to "buyers remorse" they will charge a 15% restocking fee, plus will subtract the original shipping and you have to pay return shipping.
Not worth the hassle

Have been using the hardware and software for a while now (roughly over a year). It is not completely perfect but it managed to things that bosch software systems couldn't do (resetting the Adblue starter counter on Mercedes V-Class for instance). It takes some time work to fully understand the system but considering what other systems cost compared to this, it's worth the money IMO.
I especially commend the customer service over Whatsapp. The people operating it are very helpful and patient and you are not being left alone with your problems.

What went wrong is that it's hard to read in Chinese. There's a lot of apps that are needed that should be a part of this platform, half of the apps I paid for I can't even use. Bought ISTA-P and I need passwords and activation numbers that aren't offered. ESYS asks for ID numbers that I have no idea what it's asking for also. Overall this product isn't worth 150.00. I'm very unhappy with the HDD but I like the VX obd connector.

I had some issues with the device I ordered, customer service made it easy to get a new device and resolved my issue promptly. The new device worked perfect and is a quality product.
