The hover is great for the stairs. My sister's love using which is a bonus as I don't have to hoover as they want to do the stairs every time they come!

Everything from ordering to receiving the microwave was hassle free. Good machine. Works perfectly.

I initially wrote:'I don't have my item and don't know why.' There was a speedy reply to this and I was offered another to be sent, which arrived the next day. Fantastic result in the end!

Product arrived with damaged metal vacuum tube. Very good communications to get replacement sent out unfortunately 2nd tube also had damaged / compressed end which wouldn’t fit machine. Rather than order 3rd replacement decided to widen with piece of wood to get it to fit which it “ sort of” does. Pity really as seems good value product. Suggest protective cardboard ends to prevent this although I suspect no one will read this and take note. Overall customer service was very good hence 4 stars.
